My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very large, providing more than enough space for the three of us, though they had some limited view of the river. However, the staff tried to make us pay twice for both rooms, which was not very helpful.

I was impressed with the spacious room and very comfortable bed at this hotel. However, I wished they provided black coffee sachets instead of premixed coffee. The location was great, especially if you want to be near the Old Town and the Bund, but it was a bit of a downside not to be close to a metro station.
